Where are the Mr. Brog tobacco pipes manufactured?
Our Mr. Brog Tobacco pipes are handmade by selected craftsmen in Przemyśl, Poland which is one of the leading cities in Europe for pipe manufacturing.

Where are the rest of the Mr. Brog accessories manufactured?
At Mr. Brog we travel the world to source top-quality products from the best manufacturing facilities out there!
For example, our leather pouches and humidors are hand created and hand stitched to perfection in Kolkata, India.
Our authentic Czech tobacco pipe tool is crafted in Czechoslovakia - Czech Republic.
And some of our other tools are manufactured in our carefully selected facilities in China.

What is the difference between Mr. Brog and Mrs. Brog?
The short answer is that they are one and the same - no difference.
The long answer is that all our products are manufactured under our main Mr. Brog umbrella brand. However to distinguish between our Tobacco pipe accessories, and Cigar accessories, we named the cigar accessories line Mrs. Brog.

How long does it take from when I order a product until I receive it?
After preparation, orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 I placed an order for several items, but I only received part of it, why?
Since our items are stored in several warehouses across the nation, therefore they are fulfilled and shipped separately. 

What is Mr. Brog return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
