Shipping Policy

At Mr Brog, we strive to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible.

All orders require 2 business days to be prepared before shipping. At checkout, UPS provides an estimated delivery timeframe based on your selected shipping method and destination. These estimates are supplied directly by UPS; therefore, exact delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed, as transit schedules are determined by the carrier.

After preparation, orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Mr Brog is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you have not received your order within 12 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mrbrog.com with your full name and order number, and we will assist you.


Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an order is canceled by Mr Brog due to a website error, inventory discrepancy, or item being out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Returns Policy

To initiate a return, please contact support@mrbrog.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Mr Brog reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory shortages, website errors, or pricing mistakes. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.


Damaged or Defective Items Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mrbrog.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.
